In September 2026 I redesigned tibu.com.tr, moving scattered colours and template elements onto one brand system and taking it live.

What changed
- The page title moved from the template placeholder "Site Başlığı - Marka Adı" to a descriptive title naming the 33-45 size range.
- The magenta (#C928A0) announcement bar on pink became a quiet single-colour bar with tracked type and the 33-45 size message.
- Slider banners with text baked into the image were replaced by a full-width campaign area with live HTML text and two calls to action.
- A three-point trust strip (materials, size range, comfort) now sits under the hero.
The before image comes from the live-site audit in the Tibu redesign session (Chrome, 2026-09-18).

Approach
- Audited the live site on September 18, 2026 and listed leftover template colours and placeholder text.
- Moved the colours onto one system of three CSS variables.
- Rebuilt the home, category and product templates on that system and took them live.

What changed
- The category gained a visible heading and an intro paragraph explaining the 33-45 size range.
- Blue "free shipping" and red "new" badges and empty five-star "(0)" ratings were removed from product cards.
- The filter sidebar moved from grey boxes to a hairline list with uppercase headings.
- The page title now reads "Büyük ve Küçük Numara Kadın Çizme 33-45 - Tibu".

What changed
- The product name moved from all caps to a serif heading with the product code underneath.
- The empty star row reading "0 reviews" was removed.
- A right column now states free shipping, up to 12 instalments and cash on delivery.
- Size selection moved from small boxes to larger tap targets.
Limitations
- Before images come from the September 18, 2026 audit and after images from the live site on October 11, 2026; later content edits may show in the after images.
- This page shows a design change; it contains no measurement of conversion or sales impact.
Takeaways
- Collecting colours into a few variables leaves one source for later edits.
- The page title is the first text in a search result; with a placeholder there, the product and size range never show.
